Day-to-day of the role:
- Support classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide individual and small group support to students, enhancing their learning experience.

- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources to support lesson plans.
- Actively participate in school activities and events, contributing to a strong sense of community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, though not essential.
