My client is a modern and progressive firm with a fantastic reputation. With offices across the West Midlands, they have established recognition through their work having been recommended in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500. This firm prides itself on a modern approach with the high standards of a City firm by handling high-profile work.

About the Team and the Role:

The firm is looking to expand its 35-person Real Estate team since receiving a consistent influx of work. As a member of its Real Estate team, you will manage a diverse caseload, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals.
  • Residential and commercial estate development.
  • Non-contentious and Contentious property transactions.
  • Agricultural Property transactions.
  • Running your own caseload.
  • Business development is encouraged.

Who does this apply to?

The firm is looking to consider candidates from 3-6PQE on either a permanent or locum basis. Experience working in Commercial and agricultural property is favoured, but not essential.
