About the Team and the Role:
The firm is looking to expand its 35-person Real Estate team since receiving a consistent influx of work. As a member of its Real Estate team, you will manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals.
- Residential and commercial estate development.
- Non-contentious and Contentious property transactions.
- Agricultural Property transactions.
- Running your own caseload.
- Business development is encouraged.
Who does this apply to?
The firm is looking to consider candidates from 3-6PQE on either a permanent or locum basis. Experience working in Commercial and agricultural property is favoured, but not essential.
