**About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our expanding operations team as a Project Manager. The project team takes full ownership of projects from the point of commercial handover. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that allocated projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
Building strong customer relationships based on trust and accuracy, along with clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, is key to the success of this role.

**What You Will Need to Succeed

- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and engage with clients, suppliers, and staff.

- Commercially focused, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills to develop, analyze, and provide commentary on project plans and performance.
- High levels of personal integrity.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of an HNC/HND in a relevant Engineering subject.
- Experience in a previous Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.
- IT competence.
**Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Manage and deliver projects, ensuring maximum value, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction while advocating for safe working practices.
- Proactively mitigate risks and ensure profitability and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Work across the full value chain, from clients to suppliers, to understand their working methods and requirements. This includes managing interactions such as drawing approvals, witness testing, transportation, documentation, third-party requirements, and changes to timetables and technical specifications.
