Production Engineer required for my client working within the instrumentation and control systems area of engineering, who are based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
The successful production engineer will help with the CAD work, purchasing and design elements of the business, as well as the production and manufacturing tasks.
Production Engineer Position Overview
- Manufacturing management of; parts inventory, BOMs, works order processing and stock control.
- Purchasing tasks of; supplier management, purchase order placement and purchase order of parts manufactured to drawings.
- Engineering design and control, including; CAD model creation and drawing creation for parts.
- Customer product calibration.
- Calibration equipment routine maintenance and servicing.
Production Engineer Position Requirements
- Previous experience working within a production / manufacturing engineering role.
- An understanding to conduct, CAD, purchasing and design task within those departments.
- An understanding of the instrumentation and control systems side of the engineering industry.
- Qualifications within engineering.
- Based within a commutable distance of Salisbury, Wiltshire.
- Full UK driving licence is preferable.
Production Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 - dependent upon skill, qualifications and experience.
- Full time position - Monday to Friday.
