We have a fixed-term Gateman role available at Aggregate Industries, located in East Tilbury, RM18 8QP. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
Role: Gateman
Location: Station Rd, East Tilbury, RM18 8QP
Rate: £14-£15 per hour (PAYE)
Contract length: 24 months (Mid-October 2023 - End of 2025)
Shift Patterns: 7am - 4:30pm, 45 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Ensure only authorized personnel enter the site.
- Maintain accurate records by booking in and signing out visitors.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Enforce access control procedures and verify identities.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
Essential requirements:
- Experience as a Gateman or security professional, ideally in a construction or production environment.
- Ability to stay focused and respond quickly to security concerns.
Desirable requirements:
- Possession of a Standard CSCS card is preferred but not mandatory.
