Our client is one of the UK's largest companies in their respective industry. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Customer Service Manager to further strengthen their Customer Service team. You will need to have experience in leading and motivating a Service office and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities Of The Role:
- To assist the General Manager on day-today customer service issues.
- To assist, in close consultation with the General Manager and Head of HR, certain employee personnel matters covering performance within the department.
- To take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the Office, ensuring a safe working environment in the Service Office.
- To actively manage and improve the Customer experience.
- Ensure that there is excellent communication with the external service team.
- Keeping accurate records for customer requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge on the customer service system and the portal, providing both colleagues and customers with advice and support.
- Actively feedback customer satisfaction levels, and as part of the management team, develop action plans and strategies to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- To co-ordinate all customer service activity in conjunction with production, transport, customer service departments.
The Candidate:
- Experience in a Customer Service Management role
- Ideally living in Reading or surrounding areas
- Flexible approach to working hours
