Full Stack Developer required for my client based in Stevenage who work within the automated solutions of the engineering industry.
The successful full stack developer will work with a developer team to gain an understanding of how the sites have been implemented, with a long-term plan to independently work on projects.
The client has created range of customer facing websites and internal web-based systems have been developed in-house, which require maintenance along with regular improvement and expansion.
Full Stack Developer Position Overview
- Designing new systems with the latest technology considered, to updating & maintaining legacy code.
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications and internal systems
- Take feedback & requests from non-technical staff, planning and implementing functions, while managing expectations in a clear and effective manner
- Work independently, to meet deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage time within multiple projects concurrently
Full Stack Developer Position Requirements
- Previous experience working in a full stack developer role.
- Engineering degree background within a related subject is preferred - software, computer science, physics.
- Experience in; HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a high preference for the role.
- Proficient in; C# ASP.NET MVC, is preferred.
- Knowledge of; Microsoft Azure and SQL Server (Azure) is a benefit.
- Full UK driving licence to commute to the Stevenage office.
- Based within a commutable distance of Stevenage.
Full Stack Developer Position Remuneration
- Salary - £30,000 to £40,000 - dependent upon experience, skill and qualifications.
- Full time position - Monday to Friday.
- 25 Days Holiday, plus bank holidays.
- Pension Scheme. 8% contribution from company.
