Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a fast-growing company based in Winchester on a permanent basis with the prospects of progressing to a Finance Director. They can offer flexible working hours and hybrid can be discussed upon completion of probationary period. My client is within the property industry so previous experience would be an advantage.
The Role:
- Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Lead all aspects of management accounting
- Business Partner with Directors and various departments
- Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvements
- Support with transactional finance and payroll when required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Knowledge of COINS – advantage
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
