Your Role:
As a
MEP BIM Coordinator
, you will:
- Develop and maintain BIM workflows, standards, and protocols.
- Collaborate with MEPF engineers and coordinate with teams across disciplines.
- Manage Revit projects from setup to completion.
- Lead clash detection processes, manage project contents, and present 3D models.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and oversee a team of CAD/Revit Technicians.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in MEP/Building Services projects using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Expertise in MEP systems and sustainability frameworks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and work within an international team.
