Robert Half are working with renowned entertainment business based in Central London, to recruit a Financial Controller for a 12-month maternity cover fixed term role paying between £75-85K pro rata (depending on experience).

The Role
As the Financial Controller, you would be supporting with:
- Oversee the monthly management accounts process ensuring they are produced accurately and on time.
- Responsible for cash-flow management for UK & US companies plus foreign currency planning.
- Monthly cash flow projections highlighting any key movements and critical points.
- Prepare a cash flow forecast monthly for review with the Finance Director and CFO.
- Quarterly loan reporting including reporting on financial bank covenants.
- Lead the delivery of final audited group accounts for approval and sign off within 6 months of the year end.
- Support the Finance Director with the annual budget process including producing detailed overheads budgets, cashflows, balance sheet account forecasts and investment forecasts as needed.
- Support the Finance Director with production of the annual budget pack/strategy plans and/or 3-5 year business plans.
- Quarterly reforecasting of profit and loss and cash flow projections for board review.
- Day to day management of the team (5 direct reports)
Your Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience managing a small team
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics and royalty accounting are both beneficial
- Prior experience in a similar interim / contract role would be beneficial but not necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
As well as a salary of between £75-85K pro rata (dependant on experience) the business offers hybrid working (4 days per week in the office) from their Central London office.
