The main duties will be:
Greet customers and offer assistance with selecting cooking appliances that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Demonstrate the operation and functionality of various cooking appliances.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and address concerns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in cooking appliances.
- Attend training sessions and product demonstrations provided by manufacturers and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales in the cooking appliance industry would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of cooking appliances and their features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
