Drupal Developer - Full Stack, Drupal, HTML, CSS, Pantheon
My client is seeking skilled Drupal Front-End Developer to join the team for approximately two months, with the potential for extension. The selected candidate will work alongside an existing developer to help clear a backlog of tickets. Strong Drupal experience is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both the client and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Drupal themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Deploy and manage Drupal sites on Pantheon, leveraging its hosting tools and dashboard.
- Use Terminus to automate tasks and manage Pantheon environments via the command line.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth code deployment and updates.
- Optimise front-end performance for fast, responsive, and accessible websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Drupal theming and custom theme development.
- Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with jQuery or React.
- Experience with GitHub for version control.
- Familiarity with Pantheon hosting and deployment work flows.
- Competency in using Terminus for command-line management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
- Understanding of responsive design and front-end optimisation techniques.
