The Advocate Group is proud to represent the fastest-growing drinks brand in the world in the search for a dynamic and motivated Customer Events & Hospitality Coordinator to be a part of their incredible EMEA events team. You will get to be a key part to some of Monster's biggest events across the EMEA region – football, motorsports, extreme sports etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the hospitality and events team with organisation, logistics, hosting etc of all sponsored and partnered events across the EMEA region
  • Maintain all key trackers – finance, legal, entertainment, hospitality assets – and action all requirements in agreed timelines
  • Manage processes around merchandise, premium orders, quantity & quality etc.
  • Work with team to manage stakeholder relationships, including vendors, suppliers, finance, guests etc.
  • Manage all administration in relation to events e.g. VISA letters, surveys, invitations etc
  • Manage logistics of events e.g. travel, accommodation, onsite requirements etc
  • Hosting events if required.
  • This role does involve regular travel both across the UK and internationally. You must be willing and able to do this.

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking & organised
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial & highly adaptable in a rapidly changing marketplace
  • A diplomat & advocate who can persuade & win over distributor partners, internal/external customers, and industry contacts
  • Able to work comfortably in a team, but with enough drive to set your own objectives & ensure a steady stream of business development
  • A rapid learner & a creative solver of problems
  • Valid passport and driving license required
