- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, fostering their personal and professional growth.

Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of electrical installation techniques, principles, and best practices.
- A recognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective lectures and practical sessions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical installations.
- Experience working with electrical installation tools and equipment.
- Teaching or mentoring experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) is desirable.
