Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a proud premier contact centre outsourcing business located in Banbury. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide excellent customer service and be confident talking to customers on the phone.
The salary for this position is £11.53 per hour and is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Developing and implementing effective sales processes to drive outbound sales
- Taking lead for sales delivery, achieving conversions
- Completing a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Working closely with sales management to achieve individual and team-orientated goals
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound business development role
- You should have strong delivery with your communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Ideally, you will be proficient in analysing sales tactics and performance metrics
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs is required
- You should have good customer service experience
