Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator located at Parc Myrddin in Camarthen. This position is working as part of the Facilities & Environmental Services team.

Monday to Friday 09:00am till 17:00pm.

This is a contract running until October initially.

Duties will include:

  • Providing an administrative support for the Waste Operations and Commercial Services officer.
  • Provide an effective response to enquiries recieved by email, phone, correspondance and personal contact and to promote good practise and a positive customer outcome.
  • Asssiting the officer with delivery of domestic subscription and chargeable services on behalf of the Local Authority.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proven experience providing a frontline customer support service.
  • Ability to use a range of office software to administer transactional services.
  • Able to resolve customer enquiries and deliver positive customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • "Can do" attitude and a problem solving approach
