Wealth Management

Our client is a well respcted Financial Planning firm based in the City of London. This role presents a great opportunity to work with a professional Financial Advice business, who has an excellent record as both an employer and as a provider of conscientious, ethical and holistic advice to their extensive client base.

Theyoffer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Mortgages and some Protection to wealthy clients across the London and home counties region. They also offer Wills and Trusts and Estate work, to help clients with their inter-generational planning.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have had several years' experience working for an Independent Financial Advice business or experience of working within the wider world of Wealth Management.

This particular firm offers the fairly unique opportunity of working with clients who have been referred to the business from firms specialising in law and accountancy services, dealing with people who are trying to navigate a particularly intricate financial management planning projects, or helping them plan for financial stability after the loss of a family member and intergenerational estate planning . Unusually for an IFA Administrator, you will be expected to build, nurture and maintain personal working relationships directly with your clients, whilst simultaneously working towards building your own long-term career in wealth management.

The role:

Your role will be to handle the Financial Administration behind pensions, investments and other financial services products and services, as well as communicating with clients, preparing reports for client review meetings and other ad hoc tasks associated with the role.

About you and your experience:

This is very progressive Financial Planning Administrative role and as such it requires an individual with a desire to build a long standing career in a Wealth Management Practice or in an associated financial planning business, so ideally you will have had some experience of working in an administrative role within financial services previously and have a good grasp and understanding of the workings of a financial advisor role.
Full on the job training and support will be provided, along with flexible hybrid working.
