Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
Location: London, NW11
Salary: £22.49 per hour
Our client's Nursing Home is a traditional Jewish home, currently providing round the clock facilities for 60 residents in a relaxed, comfortable and home-like atmosphere. The company is a centre of excellence offering nursing and respite care together with a specialist Alzheimer's Unit.
They are on a mission to offer every one of their residents an individual and unique experience of care, based upon the Jewish culture and way of life.
The successful applicant would be joining a friendly, highly skilled and enthusiastic MDT team that offer a comprehensive programme of care to their residents.
The Role
- Attend all nursing duties, and any extended duties and skills will be supported by further training.
- Prepare and regularly review patient records, implement person-centred care plans and carry out risk assessments.
- Acting as an advocate for the residents when needing and supporting them and their families, carers and other members of the team
- always act as a role model.
Skills and Qualifications
- You will be energetic, compassionate, and committed to excellent care with a good sense of humour and able to be flexible when needed.
- You will have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and good Dementia knowledge and all eager to learn.
