A Good Secondary School based in Redbridge, is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Science Teacher to join their team.

This large Community school located in the borough of Redbridge, are looking to recruit a Science Teacher to join their team. The Senior Leadership Team have the highest expectations and ambitions for every student. The school have recently completed their rebuild and the facilities available are fantastic.

The Senior Leadership Team are very supportive of their staff and are always trying to better their expertise. Having been graded Good in their last Ofsted, it was stated that "Leaders and their staff work together to maintain high expectations of all pupils. This leads to pupil's good behaviour and positive relationships."

The school is located with walking distance from London Overground Stations and has parking available.

Science Teacher

Here lies the opportunity to join not only a great school, but a very successful department. The Science department is committed to ensuring that all students make rapid and sustained progress. The department work very closely together to provide the students with a varied and challenging curriculum and provide them with the support and guidance to achieve their personal goals. The successful candidate will be required to teach Science to KS3 and KS4. With varying levels of experience within the department, newly qualified Science Teachers are encouraged to apply for this role.

The role is to start in September and will be for the Autumn term in the first instance.

To be considered for this Science Teacher role you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • PGCE in Science
  • Experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4
  • The desire to join a very successful department and school.
