My client, a forward thinking manufacturer supplying into the retail sector are looking to recruit a Customer Operations Manager. Reporting into the Commercial Director the purpose of this role is to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery for their clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a service delivery team including logistics, internal account execs and sales support admin
- Oversee the management of key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare key client KPI/SLA dashboards for client review meetings
- Contract management including reviewing client aged stock
- Responsible for the client on-boarding process
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, account status, and team productivity
- Project manage the client tender process, collaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary information
- Work closely with marketing on prospective clients
- Review and upgrade the CRM systems
- Be the first point of contact for qualifying inbound sales enquiries
Suitable candidates must have a proven track record in a B2B environment managing large contracts, be proficient in CRM software and have previous team management experience.
