Days Based Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 + Extensive benefits

The Company
My client is a leading technical consultancy business specialising in regulatory compliance and product safety. Due to further expansion, they have the need to recruit additional engineer to assist their extensive client portfolio.

- **Apprentice Trained in Electrical Engineering
- Experience of Manufacturing Machinery
- Understanding of PPM systems
The Role
Supporting UK clients with site assessments in regulatory compliance on a wide variety of machinery. A large part of the role will involve report writing and providing technical and safety advice to clients.
You will have therefore worked in an engineering consultancy role with direct experience in a least some of the following:
- Regulatory compliance (product safety);
- Machinery Directive and associated standards;
- Machinery Risk Assessment;
- Machinery safety standards (e.g. EN ISO 12100, EN ISO 13849, EN 60101));
- Machinery guarding;
- Structural calculations;
- Control systems;
- Electrical equipment of machinery;
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
- Pressure Equipment;
- Welding and materials;
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained / HNC / Degree qualified Engineer (From design, projects, reliability, general engineering)
- Primarily administration. Writing reports and liaising with customers.
- Understanding of machinery compliance / safety. Product design and development - ideally based on standards. (e.g. EN ISO 12100, EN ISO 13849,EN 60101) );
