We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to oversee planned refurbishment projects.
- Management of the contractor on site to deliver works
- Ensuring works run to programme, budget and to the agreed quality standards
- Procurement of new contracts
- Contract administration
- Performance monitoring of contractors
- Management of H&S
- Writing specifications for works to be completed
- Ensure the work is delivered effectively on site
Candidates must be an experienced Building Surveyor, preferably with experience of delivering planned and major works.
