Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Technician based within London, N5
The role will be to carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks to Electrical and mechanical building services systems
Available shifts / Locations below:
- Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
- Postcode: N5 2EQ
- 07:30-16:00PM
- £22.46 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
- Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
Skills and experience required:
- Must have at least 2 years previous experience
- DBS Required
- Driving Licence Required
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- Minimum 17th Edition
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work both alone and in a team
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
Must have experience in the following:
- Reactive and planned maintenance tasks to Electrical and mechanical building services systems
- Emergency light testing, including remedial works
- High level lamping and lighting fittings replacement
- Fault finding and remedial works on electrical, mechanical and ventilation systems including AHU, HRU and FCU systems
- Installation and repair to power and data cabling
- Provide technical solutions for PPM works and fault rectification
- Liaise with Help Desk, Technical supervisors and Technical services manager
- Assist in the preparation of quotes for Variation and Small Works
- Liaise with sub-contractors to resolve M&E and controls related issues.
- This list isn't exhaustive and you will be required to undertake other tasks deemed reasonable by the management team.
