Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join this well-respected housing disrepair team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to claimants in housing disrepair claims.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings, but counsel will attend court with clients as they are based nationally
- Prepare court papers including particulars of claim, bundles, and witness statements
- Conduct legal research to support cases
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
