The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to locate and compile requested documents, ensuring they are properly opened, saved, and uploaded for review by an external audit firm. What you'll do:

As an Assistant in the Donor Partnerships Team, your role will be crucial in supporting the Senior Officer during a particularly busy period. Your primary responsibility will be conducting an audit of closed donor funds. You'll work closely with various internal teams to gather necessary documents and information. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all documentation is organised, up-to-date, and readily available for external auditors. In addition to these responsibilities, you'll also provide comprehensive support to the Senior Officer, assisting with various tasks as needed during the audit process.

  • Efficiently track down, open, save, and upload documents required for the audit of closed donor funds.
  • Accurately input and manage large volumes of data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
  • Work closely with various internal teams to gather necessary documents and information, facilitating smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and readily available for external auditors.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Officer, assisting with various tasks as needed during the audit process.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
