East Yorkshire (Hybrid)

Up to £40,000 DOE

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a global leader in speciality chemicals who are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join their sales team. This exciting role which involves identifying, developing, and supporting new and smaller accounts within a global market.

Business Development Rep Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new and smaller accounts
  • Manage customer relationships and contribute to sales growth
  • Provide pricing, follow up on samples, and update pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects

Business Development Rep Skills & Experience:

  • Degree-level education or relevant experience in sales/marketing.
  • Previous experience in the Home Care or Personal Care sectors preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and work with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen.
  • Full driving licence required.
