Position: Office Administrator

Are you an organised and dynamic individual looking for an exciting opportunity and live in commuting distance to Holt? You will manage transport services across three locations and support the senior reception team with various office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage transport services for all three locations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior reception team.
  • Ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update records accurately and promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administration experience.
  • Customer-friendly and resilient.
  • Previous experience in transport coordination is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
