Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager to join the team.

Location: UK Wide – Hybrid, Remote working

Salary: £35K-40K + Competitive package

Job Type/Hours: Full Time, Permanent

About The Company:

Our client is leading multi-disciplinary engineering organisation that provides a range of services from engineering design and assessment, surveying and monitoring, and expert reviews. They primarily operate within the civil engineering and construction space for a range of clients from small local business to leading large household names.

Following recent investment and the appointment of a new senior leadership team the client aims to more than double the size of the business over the next 5 years. As such, they are looking to bring on board an Inside Sales Executive in a new role for the business.

Inside Sales Manager – The Role:

This role is critical to their continued growth and will focus on driving new business from inbound enquiries. You will engage with new potential customers in order to understand their potential needs and future requirements and discuss how the organisation's services can support them. You will develop the process to ensure that all sales leads are dealt with promptly and that the relevant information gathered is updated on their CRM system accordingly.

Inside Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the CRM system to identify potential clients
  • Understand the customer's needs and clearly communicate how our client's services can fulfil these requirements
  • Organise the data and create reports to identify target customers and future opportunities

Inside Sales Manager – You:

  • Knowledge of the civil engineering sector and associated engineering services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability of organising large amounts of data to produce meaningful output
