Your new company
I am working exclusively with a Membership body, and we are looking for a proficient data analyst to analyse diversity data in order to generate a meaningful public report on ED&I. You will have strong analytical skills, be able to draw conclusive information from data, and provide substantial narratives that contribute to the development of a credible diversity report. The postholder will analyse diversity data, uncover insights and transform findings into compelling narratives and drive change internally and externally.
Your new role
The successful candidate will:
- Analyse diversity data from various sources.
- Identify trends and patterns within the data to draw meaningful conclusions
- Develop visualisations and a report to effectively communicate findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support diversity initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Can produce reports to publication standard.
- Analyse data from other sources such as JISC and insights that can be used to shape future projects and areas of focus for the body.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is right for someone who is:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
- The ability to transform data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Experience of conducting statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in diversity data analysis or related fields is preferred.
What you'll get in return
This is a two-month temp role, working with a great membership body. The rate is £200/day PAYE Premium or £235/day UMB. Hybrid working, in Central London.
