Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to source a full time & permanent Ecommerce Manager to join our highly valued client in Dorchester, Dorset.

  • have retail ecommerce experience. Not to worry our client isn't looking for formal qualifications rather a set of experience/competence as outlined below.
  • are highly comfortable updating & running a company's website with a proficiency in using Content Management Systems (not Wix/Squarespace). Expect to update product pricing, descriptions, lead times, delivery options & imagery whilst managing categories/menu choices alongside designing & implementing effective landing pages (call to actions)/non product content pages. You'll be adept at running promotions, offers & sales via a variety of platforms.
  • have worked with website integrations previously including plugins & widgets, APIs, meta tags & data feeds to 3rd parties.
  • have used an Enterprise Resource Planning software in a previous business.
  • optimises website content to perform well within search engines, especially organic search/shopping. You'll be highly familiar with descriptive & link effective URLs, topic groupings, duplicate content, SEO copy writing including keywording, interstitial pages, title links/snippets etc.
  • have managed web advertising campaigns including GoogleAds & Meta Pay Per Click. You'll be experienced in using Performance Max & Advantage+ campaigns with Google & Meta respectively.
  • are creative. You'll have clear ideas on how to improve our clients website & integrations whilst knowing how to execute them to ensure our client's website is competitive.
  • can scale and manage an Affiliate Marketing channel to drive promotional traffic. Expect to identify opportunity and create/maintain productive affiliate relationships.
  • are experienced in overseeing marketplace channels including Amazon & Ebay. You'll be familiar with marketplace product, pricing, terms, onboarding and data optimisation requirements.
  • can manage people & likes working within a small team. Expect to line manage 1 report and work in a close-knit team of 3. You'll report to our client's Marketing & Ecommerce Director.
  • can multitask & work to deadline with an exact attention to detail.
  • are IT savvy. Alongside the systems outlined above you'll be experienced in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel. You'll have an eye for design and ideas what will work well on the website, social media and campaign assets.
