The Role

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. You'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and contributing to their continuous growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect, grow sales pipelines, and generate leads through email outreach, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Lusha, and cold calling
  • Participate in daily morning team meetings with the new business team to strategise daily action plans
  • Assist in creating target lists by sector and developing action plans to secure new business
  • Progress to the negotiation and closure of new business opportunities
  • Address client inquiries and furnish pertinent information to maximise sales potential
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Stay up to date with industry and company trends and developments

Skills and Qualifications

  • A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for sales and business development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new challenges
