**Temporary Administrator – Estate Agency Support

Duration: Between 6-8 weeks
Type: Temporary, Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
Pay: Hourly pay to be discussed
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and professional Temporary Administrator to support a busy estate agency team during a period of holiday cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude to gain experience in a fast-paced property environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Managing emails, filing, and general office duties
- Assisting with diary management and appointment scheduling
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Accompanying the Sales Manager or team on property viewings when required
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
