As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of our educational team, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help
- Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Helping to create and organize learning materials and resources
- Promoting positive behavior and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of our students
