Role: Implementation Consultant. Suitable backgrounds: Professional Services Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager / Solutions Delivery Consultant.
Location - We have a London office, but this is largely irrelevant. You can be based anywhere in the UK, as we have a remote first, work from home office policy.
Salary: £60K - £65K Basic + Benefits package
The company has experienced 40% year on year growth for the past 3 years and is firmly in "scale up" mode.
The role
- You will be managing 4-5 smaller implementations of their SAAS platform concurrently with projects ranging from a few days to 3 months
- Gathering requirements working with Agile Development teams to ensure delivery
- Working with account managers to keep clients informed on delivery timescales - Tracking projects using Jira, Confluence etc
- Acting as the primary client contact & taking full ownership during the delivery phase
- Identifying commercial opportunities as they appear and looking to offer additional value to clients
You
- Have a background in software delivery; preferably SaaS as opposed to on Premise, but flexible.
- Emotionally intelligent & ability to adapt
- Proactive approach to identifying or solving problems
- Be technically savvy (API work, SaaS config, possibly basic scripting skills) but this role does NOT require hands on coding skills.
