We're recruiting a professional, bright & experienced Front Of House Receptionist for one of our favourite clients: a modern, very established & reputable Property company based Chester city centre.

Though previous Front of House Reception experience is preferred - the character, attitude & fit for this highly professional organisation is more important.

Leaders in their field, they recruit rarely & so this is a genuine opportunity for an engaged, warm & ideally experienced Reception candidate to join, develop, add value & grow with the business.

The Front Of House Reception Role:

  • Answering the main phone line and distributing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Signposting enquiries to the correct services/persons and relaying messages efficiently.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy, welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring they sign in and out.
  • Providing drinks for client meetings.
  • Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms and ensuring all neat and tidy.
  • Signing keys in and out of the office.
  • Managing and replenishing office stationery stock and consumables.
  • Registration of new enquiries on CRM software and updating the database.
  • Overseeing the company's voicemail service and setting up new messages for office closures.
  • IT and Phone System support, and liaising with our Consultants to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
  • Managing outgoing post in the absence of our Office Administrator.
  • Ad hoc administrative support (general MS Office skills are essential) in the absence of Team Secretaries; preparing and amending documents, raising invoices, photocopying and filing.

Office based Mon - Thurs 9-5:30 - Friday 9-5pm. 1 hour for lunch.
