Hydraulic Breaker Service Engineer required. Our client offers the most comprehensive range of Hydraulic Breakers on the market for construction, demolition, mining, or quarrying machinery. They are now looking for a Hydraulic Breaker Service Engineer due to the growth of the business.
Successful candidate will perform a workshop and field service-based role, servicing hydraulic attachments (breakers, grabs etc). Candidates will also be fitting new equipment such as rotators.
**Hydraulic Breaker Service Engineer
Position Overview
- Service and repair Hydraulic Attachments in the workshop.
- Preparing Attachments ready for hire to high standards
- Repairs and maintenance to hire fleet of 300 and customer attachments.
- Keep the workshop area allocated to the job function in a clean and tidy condition.
- Ensure that the Company health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Work a Saturday 1 in 7 weekends (company rota).
**Hydraulic Breaker Service Engineer
Position Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience with Indeco breakers advantageous.
- Full Driving Licence
- Happy to be put on a call out rota (1 in 7).
**Hydraulic Breaker Service Engineer
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £15 - £17 an hour
- Working hours: 7:30 - 5:30
- Overtime available as follows:
- Monday to Thursday- 8 hours a day at time, next 4 hours is time and half, double time thereafter
- Friday- 7 hours a day at time, next 4 hours is time and half, double time thereafter
- Saturday- 4 hours at time and a half, anything after double time.
- Company rota to work Saturdays, 1 in 7 weeks, 7:30- 12:30
- 21 days + 8BH
