My client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced and talented Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have:
- MRICS qualification
- Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the hospitality, residential and/or private healthcare sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to lead projects/teams
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to develop client relationships
- Solid technical expertise in areas such as procurement, cost management, contract administration, etc.
- Commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards
