Marks Sattin are currently working with a North Yorkshire based client, for the role of Transactional Manager. This role is a newly created position, working for a rapidly growing and highly acquisitive PE backed business who are looking for an experienced leader in AP & AR to lead their transactional team of 15.
The Transactional Manager will drive improvement of processes and modernisation of systems, whilst leading, mentoring, and motivating the team. The role will have 2 direct reports (AP Manager & AR Manager) and will report directly to the Financial Controller.
They are looking for a candidate with experience of leading large AP/AR Teams and has a significant amount of experience working within a rapidly growing business, with multiple businesses within the group. It would also be highly beneficial if you have led system implementations and improvements.
For this role, they will pay up to £55,000 salary and will be a great chance for a candidate to make a big difference to one of Yorkshire's fastest growing organisations.
