The Role is for a Customer Service Advisor, working with a company that specialises in dedicated call support to vulnerable and older people.
This is a fantastic role for someone who is interested in working for a company that offers a flexible approach to work whilst also providing a fantastic service to their customers.
We are looking to recruit candidates who have personable, friendly approach who can provide comfort and reassurance to our clients , experience within customer service or health care is essential, office experience is not required!
This position is permanent from day one!
Job Duties Include:
- Speaking to Customers over the phone (Outbound and Inbound)
- Confirming Customer's Safety
- Helping report repairs for Customers
- Speaking to Housing Officers and other Family Members
Skills Required:
- A Clear and Friendly Telephone Manner
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Keen Attention to Detail
- A Strong Desire to Reassure and Help.
Working Hours:
08:00-13:00
Pay rate:
£11.56 per hour
Shift Examples:
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday
Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday
- *(An evening shift will be required once every 4 weeks working 1pm until 10.15pm)**
- *Whilst training for the first 3 weeks you will be required to work 08:30-17:30**
