Job Title: Multi-skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Corporate Offices, Windsor

Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with an on-call rota (1 in 5)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of corporate offices in Windsor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on a range of building services and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance to ensure the reliability of building systems.
  • Carry out routine inspections and tests in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified to 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled engineering role, with a strong electrical bias.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and general building services.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with an on-call rota (1 in 5).
  • Occasional flexibility required to respond to emergencies outside standard working hours.
