Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join one of our clients in South Yorkshire for a period of 2 months with a strong possibility of an extension.
The client is looking for someone to work remotely for 10-15 hours per week.
Duties:
- Handling all aspects of Commercial Property matters
- Reviewing, drafting and amending Commercial Leases
- Dealing with Commercial Property sales and purchases
Hourly Rate: DOE (outside IR35)
