As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
  • Handling incoming calls and forwarding them appropriately.
  • Managing appointments and room bookings.
  • Providing secretarial support to the team as required.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
  • Assisting in the organisation of company events.
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:
