Our client is currently looking for an experienced Court of Protection Legal Professional to bolster its close-knit and busy team. You would be assisting on a caseload of CoP work.
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting the Fee-Earner with cases, with the view to having your own caseload
- Preparing court bundles
- Liaising with Clients, courts, and third parties
- Deputyship applications for health and welfare
- Undertaking legal research
