MyCSP is a unique business. Role Summary

In the role of Data Processing Team Leader you will develop, lead and motivate a team to process all data interfaces including monthly employer HR/Payroll to pension administration system interfaces and managing data projects. Development and delivery of a customer focused service to meet or exceed agreed targets. Responsible for identifying and implementing efficiencies and improvements to service delivery and data improvement plans. Responsible for reviewing, planning, controlling and developing procedures and structures to deliver the services. Ensure that teams understand deliverables, performance is measured, and appropriate feedback is provided. Create and maintain an environment where team members feel valued and receive regular constructive feedback. Responsible for agreeing, managing and the achievement of budget and expenditure targets. Develop plans to ensure Employers & HR/Payroll interfaces continuously improve their data quality. Manage the monthly BAU processing cycle and ensure the compliance model is adhered to. Ensure interface improvement plans are coordinated and relevant stakeholders are included.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manages and owns interface processes
  • Manages all assigned systems bulk processes
  • Engagement with employers and payroll suppliers (shared service providers) to improve the quality of data loaded onto the pension systems and the usability of data validation reports sent to employers
  • Manage data related projects from outset to solution
  • Contribute to managing delivery of data improvement plans
  • Responsible for standardisation, documentation and continuous process improvement ensuring that processes remain fit-for-purpose and contribute to the delivery of the MyCSP balanced score card
  • Developing and managing the systems interfaces and data team capability
  • Provides Tier 2 support for interface incidents
  • Develop and maintain a management view of all employer interface issues and review with your line manager on a monthly basis.
