Berry Recruitment are seeking an experienced Surveyor & Estimator with a strong background in interior fit-out projects, for a busy establishment based in King's Lynn.
Job Title: Surveyor & Estimator
Location: King's Lynn
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in Interior Fit-Out
**Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed site surveys by taking full measurements, photos and descriptions.
- Develop accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare and submit tender documents.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets.
**Qualifications:
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up softwares.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence and vehicle is required
