Credit Controller/Sales Admin- High Wycombe
This role will be a dual role working in Credit Control and supporting the Sales team with administration.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
_Duties: _
Credit Controller:
- To effectively maintain a section of the sales ledger as designated by the Branch Manager
- Setting new cash customer accounts
- Daily posting of receipts that are received in bank account
- Daily debtors list - chase monies that are due or overdue, send out copy invoices, review stop lists
- Statement query management
- Regularly review accounts trading over the agreed credit limit and review processes to reduce order release volumes wherever possible to maximise efficiencies.
- Reviewing customer credit limits with credit agencies
- Ensure branches are aware of accounts trading over the credit limit and any such accounts are actioned accordingly
- Petty Cash management
- Prepare banking cash and cheques
- End-of-day banking for both depots, reconciliation

- Order processing
- Answering customer queries
_Requirements: _
- CICM qualified ideal but not essential
- GCSE Grade 6 Maths and English or equivalent or Level 3 Admin/business or finance qualification
- Microsoft Office packages experience essential
- 5 years' experience needed in a similar role or industry, experience with products
- Organisational knowledge and great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales Ledger experience
