The Role:
As the Assistant Product Manager, you'll take ownership of distinct product ranges from concept through to retail launch. You'll be involved in product research, design, supplier negotiationsand working with licensors to ensure the products are both innovative and commercially successful. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with every stage of the product development cycle in a fast-paced, supportive environment.You'll also monitor trends in the personal care industry and bring fresh ideas that drive the development of new products.
- Research, design, and develop new personal care product ranges, collaborating with licensors and suppliers
- Manage products from concept to retail launch, ensuring they meet brand standards and margin requirements
- Source and select suppliers, maintaininghigh standards of quality and cost-effectiveness
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors to inspire new product development
- Attend trade shows, sourcing trips, and factory visits as needed
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all product development processes
