- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Organise and schedule meetings, including preparation of necessary materials
- Liaise with other departments and external organisations

A successful Temporary Administrator should have:
