Evoke Staffing Ltd are seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager for our Client based in Swindon.
The Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's operations. Inclusive of coordination and monitoring movement of goods, compliance and regulations within industry, managing staff and maintaining relationship with clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the operations manager in the day to day running of the organisation
- Work hand-in-hand with top management staff concerning work/operational issues and other activities
- Produce and work with performance/financial reports and provide to senior management
- Manage performance of employees constructively
- Identify and implement strategies for improvement
To secure this position, it would be a big advantage if you are from a distribution/logistical background. In addition, you must have strong leadership and analytical skills and be results oriented.
