Job Title: Accounts Receivable Credit Controller
Location: Addlestone
Type: Permanent - hybrid - flexible start time
Salary - DOE £35000-£40000 + bonus
**Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Maintain and manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing.

Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and take appropriate actions to secure payments.

Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that account statements are accurate and up-to-date.

Debt Collection:

Contact customers by phone, email, or in person to discuss overdue payments and arrange for debt settlement.

Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Follow up on overdue invoices and payments to reduce the company's outstanding receivables.

Collaboration & Communication:

Resolve queries and disputes regarding billing issues.

Maintain clear communication with customers to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth payment processes.

Compliance & Record Keeping:
-
Ensure all credit control activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and financial reporting standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers, including payment agreements, disputes, and resolutions.
Diserables:
Must have advance Excell, SAP and own transport.
