Job Title: Accounts Receivable Credit Controller

Location: Addlestone

Type: Permanent - hybrid - flexible start time

Salary - DOE £35000-£40000 + bonus

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:

  • Maintain and manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing.

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and take appropriate actions to secure payments.

  • Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that account statements are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Debt Collection:

  • Contact customers by phone, email, or in person to discuss overdue payments and arrange for debt settlement.

  • Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments to reduce the company's outstanding receivables.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Resolve queries and disputes regarding billing issues.

  • Maintain clear communication with customers to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth payment processes.

  • Compliance & Record Keeping:

  • Ensure all credit control activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and financial reporting standards.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers, including payment agreements, disputes, and resolutions.

Diserables:

Must have advance Excell, SAP and own transport.
